I have a chapter in
Our Beloved Polites: Studies Presented to P.J. Rhodes, edited by Delfim Leão, Daniela Ferreira, Nuno Simões Rodrigues, and Rui Morais, a volume in honour of the late Peter Rhodes, which will be published later this month. I wrote about the parentage of Ptolemy XII Auletes. It's the first pure ancient history paper I've written for ages, and it was fun to test out those muscles once again. I am also grateful that I got to express my thanks to Peter before he died.
